QOOL - Basic Bookkeeping Package

QOOL is our “all the basics” package, in which we provide you with a QuickBooks Online Plus subscription and the tools and knowledge necessary to run your business in the cloud with very little effort using our services. Your QuickBooks will be boosted by choice apps including backing up your QuickBooks company as insurance, receipt capturing (also a mobile app so you can capture bills and receipts on the go from your smartphone), time tracking, mileage tracking, and statement fetching.

The QOOL package covers and reconciles up to 1 bank account and 1 credit card account, with up to 50 transactions per month in each.

Using our system, your company records will stay accurate and up to the minute - always. You will know what has yet to clear the bank - always.

This package also provides you with sales tax tracking and filing, as all our packages do. QOOL covers sales tax tracking and filing for one sales tax jurisdiction (e.g. Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick. Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Yukon).

You will receive Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management (monthly) as well as business performance reports and face-to-face meetings (semi-annually). To be COVID compliant, meetings in all packages are currently via Zoom.
