Beyond the basic QOOL offering, this package offers a dedicated advisor as well as more frequent Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management (bi-weekly) for those enterprises that require it. This package also offers fixed asset register maintenance in accordance with CCA requirements. Reports and meetings are more frequent (monthly) as well. To be COVID compliant, meetings in all packages are currently via Zoom.
The way QOOL package covers and reconciles up to 1 bank account and 1 credit card account, with up to 100 transactions per month in each.
The way QOOL covers sales tax tracking and filing for two sales tax jurisdictions (e.g. Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick. Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Yukon).
